How will my groceries be delivered?

When you order your groceries online, you will be asked for your accommodation details. As we have access to all accommodation on the Island (except for The Lodge & Hotel Rottnest), we are able to deliver your items in time for your arrival to the Island. Cold items will be placed in the fridge or freezer. Once you are at the Island, you can make further orders and have items delivered during one of the four daily delivery times.

What times are deliveries?

During your stay, we deliver free, four times a day*:

  • 10.30am
  • 12.30pm
  • 3.30pm
  • 5.00pm

So if you should happen to run out of anything, just drop in to one of the stores, or give us a call.

*Times shown are departure times from the store and actual delivery times will vary depending on the number of orders and where your accomodation is situated on the Island.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery of your General Store items is free of charge.

How do prices differ to the mainland?

Prices are competitive with Perth mainland prices.

Will the groceries be fresh?

Fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and dairy are delivered to the Island five days a week, maintaining a top quality product for all at Rottnest.

What if there is an item I’d like to order, but it is not on the online shopping list?

Our supermarket has over 5,000 grocery lines with in-store specials. If we don’t have any item you require, we’ll do our best to source it from our mainland supermarket.

Is EFTPOS available?

Yes, we have full EFTPOS facilities.
